Claim is easy to use! Once you've signed up, just follow 4 simple steps:
Link your favorite (or most-often used) credit or debit card. You'll see multiple buttons to link your card in the app when you first sign up. But you can also find this page by going to settings (located in top right of your profile) and clicking on "linked card". We work with Plaid to connect to your card to Claim.
Earn rewards on Claim. In addition to your welcome reward, you'll be able to earn rewards regularly on Claim by completing shopping challenges or participating in The Drop. To make sure you don't miss out, make sure notifications are turned on (you can confirm this in settings).
Shop with your linked Card. To redeem a reward on Claim, all you need to do is shop with the card that you've connected on Claim (before your reward expires). You will have up until midnight of the day your reward expires to use your reward. No receipt scanning or QR codes are necessary. Please note:
You can redeem your reward online or in-person, but it must be through that brand's website or store. For example, you can't redeem a Ben & Jerry's reward through a grocery store - you need to go to a Ben & Jerry's shop. We are also not compatible with Uber Eats right now.
Receive your Venmo. Once you've made your purchase, you're all set! It can take up to 5 days for us to detect you've made a transaction and send a Venmo. Note: your Venmo account is automatically linked to your Claim account when you sign up based on your phone number.
