It can take up to 5 days for us to detect a relevant transaction and send a Venmo, depending on your card. If you've been waiting for a Venmo for more than 5 days, please check the following:
We have recent transactions from your card. If we need you to refresh your card, you'll see a button to "update" your linked card on your profile. You can also check the last date we've received transaction data from your card on one of your rewards, or by going to your "linked card" page under settings. If the last detected transaction date is more than 5 days ago, please press update.
You paid with the correct linked card. Please confirm that the card you used to make your purchase is linked correctly in the app. If it is not, please link your correct card.
Submit a missing payout report. Go to Settings and press "I'm Missing a Venmo," then select your Claim alongside the transaction for the Claim.
