If you're missing a Venmo payout for a Claim you made, don’t worry—you can submit a Missing Payout Report for our team to review.
Before You Submit:
You can only submit one report per Claim, so please make sure you’ve gathered everything we’ll need to look into it properly.
You can’t tag a transaction that’s already been paid out, less than the minimum spend, or made before the Claim activation date.
You must wait at least 5 days after the transaction date before filing a report. This allows the transaction to fully post and process to your bank account.
What You’ll Need:
Select 'I'm Missing a Venmo' on the Claim card and tag the correct transaction from your linked card.
If you can’t find it in the app, attach a screenshot of the transaction or order receipt.
Make sure the brand name matches the offer you claimed.
For example, if you went to Starbucks inside a Target and your transaction shows up as “Target,” our system won’t be able to verify it automatically.
In cases like this, please provide context—like a receipt showing the purchase was from Starbucks or adding a message in chat—to help us review it accurately.
Realized you used the wrong card?
No worries! If you realize you used a different card that’s not yet linked to Claim, you can link multiple cards in your account settings. Once it’s linked, try tagging the correct transaction before submitting your report.
