Your Venmo account appears to have a limitation due to incomplete verification. While this doesn't impact your ability to send and receive money from friends, it does prevent automatic payments from business profiles, including ours. To resolve this, we strongly recommend completing the verification process.
Please follow these steps to verify your Venmo account:
Go to your Venmo app
Go to Me, then Settings
Verify your linked bank account and card details, email address and phone number, ensure your name and personal details match the information on your linked accounts.
Update any incorrect information found.
Select Identity Verification under Security
Submit required documents
Reach out to Venmo's customer support to confirm through the in-app chat: Navigate to Get Help > Contact Us > Chat with Us, to ensure everything is fine.
