What if I make a return?

We get it β€” sometimes the shoe doesn't fit.

Here's what do to when that happens:

If you've received a Venmo from Claim for the returned purchase, send a Venmo back to @claimco (see QR code below).

A hold may be placed on your account, and sending a Venmo will bring you back into good standing.
