You can redeem your Claim at any of our partners’ locations.
For example, if you have a Gong cha Claim, you can use it at the Gong cha by your campus, or while you’re at home in NYC.
Just make sure that you buy directly from our partners — either in-person or online.
We don’t currently work with third party delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.) or with third party retailers (Target, Sephora, etc.).
